Jason loves helping innovative, growing, medium-sized businesses with their funding and growth strategies. It's amazing to see the impact that the strategies can have on a business. Jason also specialises in securing government funding for our clients, and it gives him such a buzz when he tells a client they are entitled to free money that they hardly knew existed. Jason does what he needs to do because he wants to help our clients drive their businesses forward, relieve the constant cash flow stress, and make their businesses more attractive to investors. The constant cashflow stress is a biggie, you can’t focus on growing until you have solved your cashflow problem.
Jason has had a great career so far gaining a broad range of business management experience over the last 20 years in Australia and Europe in global multi-national and small-medium business environments.
In that time I’ve been responsible for key functions including portfolio management, financial planning, investment analysis, financial control, risk management, and administration, and I loved being a key member of the senior management teams I was involved with.
If you were to ask the people I worked with what skills I bring to a leadership team, I think they would say positive leadership, enthusiasm and drive. I’m a strong believer in balanced results delivering long-term success - meaning I ensure that every person in an organisation I work with is treated well and with respect at all times. I understand all too well that the people you work with make the difference between success and failure.
In my 'spare time' I am a family man, technology enthusiast, surfer, futurist and investment analyst.
I’d love to connect with you, so feel free to shoot me a request. You can find Jason on Google+, Linkedin and Twitter
